Damages
If a CatAround arrives damaged, email us
within 3 days. Each piece we ship is insured so please maintain
original packaging etc. for courier inspection.
Delivery
CatAround products are shipped within 3-10 business days.
If for any reason we are out-of-stock, you will be notified
by email of alternative shipping date.
Refunds
All returns require a pre-authorized return number. You
may obtain this number by emailing us.
This policy is for your satisfaction; without a number,
we cannot track your return so we can give you the proper
credit. No returns will be accepted without this number
– no exceptions.
Return Policy
Returns for Refund are accepted for 30 days from purchase
date. Refunds are less return shipping charges and 20%
restocking fee. All returns must be in unused condition.
